Can the wrong be corrected?

The problems between National Sports Council (NSC) and National Sports Institute (NSI) seems to be getting worse with many getting trapped in between. Latest, as reported by some media, was when some badminton people decided not to go for a NSI sponsored stint at Bath University in England.Apparently, the decision was made after a meeting with NSC.

Was it a mistake to split NSC into two in the first place? Can that be corrected? No matter how many meetings are held to "improve the communications" between the two organization, this problem will always be there. I just hope somebody won't come up with a Majlis Tertinggi Sukan and put NSC and NSI under it, creating more heads and, of course, tails.
